3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you must:

Maintain and promptly update your account information

You must click the verification link to confirm activity
Failure to respond triggers a 7-day grace period
After the grace period, your will is released to your emergency contact

7.2 Will Delivery

Upon activation, we will:

Send your emergency contact an email with access instructions
Provide them with your Will ID
Make your encrypted will available for access
Require the access password you created for decryption

Important: Deleted data cannot be recovered due to our zero-knowledge encryption architecture.
